Chris Clark is the top-rated tight end in the nation, and Prep Force recently caught up with him for an interview.
Q: What do you think will be the biggest challenge going from high school to college?
A: “I think probably the mental part. And obviously the speed of the game, but also in terms of understanding the offense.”
Q: Who was your favorite team growing up?
A: “I liked Boston College cause my dad went there.” (BC is not in Clark’s top schools though.)
Q: How was your visit to Ohio State?
A: “It was awesome. It was a really good visit. He (Urban Meyer) said it’s a perfect opportunity for me to help out in the offense.”
Q: What do you like about Michigan?
A: “I love the campus. I thought it was probably my funnest visit. I really enjoy talking to the coaches and I’ve never seen a stadium that big before.”
Q: What’s it like having two rival schools recruiting you so hard?
A: “The way they talked about each other was crazy. (On his visits) They just really don’t like each other. It would be cool to play in that rivalry.”
