This weeks rankings are highlighted by John Curtis’s beatdown of Plant (Tampa,FL) and Narbonne’s beatdown of Long Beach Poly 56-0. There are some good games on tap this weekend which are sure to shake things up.

2) Manatee (2-0) Bradenton, FL – Beat up on Riverview 49-7
3) John Curtis (2-0) River Ridge, LA – As I mentioned last week I thought they would beat Plant. They did more than that, they destroyed them 33-3.
4) Bellevue (2-0) Bellevue, WA – Took care of Bothell 35-7. Get the jump as their win over Trinity (Euless,TX) looks even better now after they beat Union (Tulsa,Ok) over the weekend.
5) Santa Margarita (3-0) Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – Beat Trabuco Hills 55-0
6) Byrnes (3-0) Duncan, SC – Won the battle for bragging rights (so far) of the best team in South cArolina with a 32-28 over Northwestern.
7) Trinity (3-0) Louisville, KY – Got back on track by pounding Elder 45-21. Now St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH) comes to town.
8 ) De La Salle (2-0) Concord, CA – Nice road win over Mullen (Denver, CO) 30-13
9) Skyline (2-0) Dallas, TX – Beat a good Martin (Arlington, TX) team 37-34. Drops a few spots as they should’ve taken care of business better on the home field.
10) Bishop Gorman (2-0) Las Vegas, NV – Bye week. The game with Bergen Catholic is the game of the week.
11) Moeller (3-0) Cincinnati, OH – Nice road win over Cathloic Central (Novi, MI) 61-33
12) Lake Travis (2-0) Austin, TX – Beat up on Canyon (New Braufels, TX) 49-7
13) St. Ignatius (3-0) Cleveland, OH – Took care of a good Mentor team 48-21.
14) Bergen Catholic (1-0) (Oradell, NJ) – Looked very impressive in a 59-21 win over St. Anthony’s. Will make a nice jump if they can go to Vegas and take down Bishop Gorman.
15) Cass Tech (3-0) Detroit, MI – Shut out Renaissance (Detroit, MI) 44-0
16) Hoover (2-0) Birmingham, AL – Took Hueytown to the wood shed in a 49-6 beating.
17) Vista Murrieta (2-0) Murrieta, CA – Got a 49-8 win over South (Anchorage,AK). 5 star stud Su’a Cravens score a touchdown in all 3 facets of the game, offense/defense/special teams.
18) Allen (2-0) Allen, TX – Did not suffer a letdown game and beat Cedar Hill 37-20
19) St. Thomas Aquinas (2-0) Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Took care of Cypress Bay 43-17 even without the services of Joey Bosa. Don Bosco comes to town this week.
20) Narbonne 2-0 (Harbor City,CA) – Has won their 2 games this season by a combined score of 97-0. No big deal right, well that includes last weeks 56-0 clobbering of Long Beach Poly.
21) Katy (1-0) Katy, TX – Tookc are of Alief Taylor (Houston, TX) 23-9. Has a good game this weekend with The Woodlands
22) Camden (3-0) Kingsland, GA – 3 wins this year by a combined 150-7 score.
23) Butler (3-0) Matthews, NC – Beat Vance (Charlotte,NC) 48-6
24) American Heritage (2-0) Delray Beach, FL – Led by Marcus Davis and Greg Bryant took down traditional powerhouse Armwood (Seffner,FL) 36-28
25) Desoto (2-0) Desoto, TX – Yes unbelievably another Texas 5A team (no I’m not from Texas). They have two impressive wins so far on the season over Martin (Arlington,TX) and Jenks (Jenks, OK). Have another big test this week with Trinity (Euless, TX)
