Michigan holds a commitment from big-time offensive lineman Erik Swenson. The 6’7″, 285 pound lineman committed to play for Brady Hoke’s squad back in November. Prep Force recently caught up with the 2016 prospect.
Q: What’s the recruiting process been like for you so far?
A: “It’s crazy how young it’s started. It’s been great though. I’ve gotten mail from a lot of schools.”
Q: What visit stood out to you the most so far and why?
A: “Michigan. I love the environment and everything about it.”
Q: What direction do you think Brady Hoke has the program going in and what made you commit?
A: “I think with the new offensive team we are moving in the right direction. And I’ve been a fan since I was very young and I love all the coaches and the tradition up there.”
Q: What efforts have you made recruiting other athletes in your class to Michigan?
A: “Just telling them about the program and encouraging them to take a visit up to Ann Arbor”
