Nate Craig is just a sophomore in high school, but many college coaches are already aware of his play-making abilities. He holds offers from many schools including Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, and Tennessee. Craig is ranked a 5-star prospect by Scout and for good reason. He is already 6’3”, 200 pounds with two years of high school left. I caught up with Nate recently and got his take on a few topics.

Q: How has the recruiting process been for you so far?

Nate Craig: “It’s been hectic and a lot of calls. It’s been great though.”

Q: What qualities do you look at most in a potential school for you?

Nate Craig: “Graduation rate and what I want to major in; I’m also looking for a family for me away from home.”

Q: What did you take away from your visit to Florida?

Nate Craig: “It was a very nice atmosphere. The coaches treat you like family.”

Q: Which schools would you say are recruiting you the hardest right now?

Nate Craig: “Ohio State, Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, and Florida State”

Q: What impresses you the most about Ohio State?

Nate Craig: “I love the offense they run and I love Coach Meyer.”

Q: What can you tell me about Florida State?

Nate Craig: “Very nice, I love their fans. I love the coaches and their atmosphere.”
