Here are our final Top 25 2018 high school basketball player rankings. Like everyone else we have R.J Barrett leading the class. We are worried that if he doesn’t develop a more consistent jumper he could follow in the Andrew Wiggins mold. That being said that is his floor and that is a pretty high floor. Bol Bol has the highest ceiling as he has shown he can play inside or outside. He could have a Joel Embiid impact if he fills out and continues to develop. We are higher than most on the guards at the top of the class. We aren’t as high on Cam Reddish and Zion Williamson so surely people will think we hate Duke. Cam needs to play with more intensity on a consistent basis and Zion needs to round out his game. Coach K will get the most out of them. Darius Bazley is lower on our list than the other rankings. We absolutely back him in his decision to forego college. We would recommend overseas but the G-League will help him grow as a player more than playing in college would. He is also a player that could get exposed in college so he should strike while the iron is hot.
